Miron, I want to thank you for everything that you have done for my son, Hunter. Two years ago you picked me up at the state meet and looked me in the eye and said, "Don't let your son cut weight. Make him wrestle his weight and I will teach him to be strong and wrestle like a champion." We never doubted your word. It took two years but you did make my son into a state champion. More importantly you made him see what hard work and dedication can do not only in wrestling but whatever else he does. Team Miron's unity at this years Grade School State was amazing. It was great to see all of the kids and parents stay after the meet and be a team. If you look at the team pictures then you see what a TEAM really is about. Great coaches, kids and dedicated parents. I am proud to have my son wrestle for Team Miron. Miron's wrestling room is loaded with great kids and having BJ and Joe help in the room is an added bonus. It is nice to know that when you take yur kid to Team Miron that you get great coaching at the practices and great coaching at the meets by all three of the coaches. What people don't see about Miron is that he not only teaches our kids wrestling but he also preaches to them about how lucky and privileged they are to live in America. Miron, you are the greatest kids wrestling coach in America and we are lucky to have you, BJ and Joe coaching our kids. Thanks for your dedication to our kids, Steve

I am very sorry that in my last post that I did not mention Don Jones as an assistant coach to Miron. Don is one of the nicest guys that you would ever want to meet and his son,Sidney,is definetly a reflection of him. Don has been to every camp that we attended and can fill in for Miron when needed. Don is an excellent coach and can push the kids to be their best. Thank you Don for helping make our kids the best that they can be!

Congratulations, wrestlers on all of your accolades this past year, as a coach and your friend I am proud to wear Team Miron on my chest. Carpe Diem! Miron, you're relentless pursuit of handwork, loyalty, and dedication is a trait few Americans have ever been able to accomplish let alone witness. You're coaching style, aggressive tenacity, and shear love of the sport helps guide these young men into the future, prepared and ready for any of lifes adversity. As an assistant coach I have often marveled long after the last sprint has been ran, the last high crotch has been hit, the last throw perfected, the last bits of encouragement offered to father/mother, and son, how truly lucky everyone of our student athletes are to have you. As I stated before I too am lucky to be part of this wrestling family. My family and I are so proud of Kaleb and all of his tremendous accomplishments, multi time national titles, and 3 state titles. While his accomplishments on the mat supersede his reputation the desire, dedication, work ethic, respect, love, self-confidence, and adoration, These are just a few of the many things he has learned by being associated with your organization. These are life long lessons he will use to better his future for his children and god willing pass on to my future son. It is a true shame that others do not appreciate the opportunities that are given in central Ohio. I wish you all the success in the future and may god bless you with the ability to continue "proving it by results". Thank you Gina for all of your kindness to me and my family I will never forget that. Miron you once told me a phrase my mother has used a 1000 times before , behind every great man is a great woman., as I begin my new life with my lovely wife Nora I constantly think of those talks we have had about loyalty to your families. How truly lucky you we are to have loving, supportive, beautiful wives, by our side Miron. Because of your hand and kind words alone I have accomplished so many of my goals in such a short amount of time. It is with only your love, selflessness, support, and guidance that I am proud to announce a dream that you have once again help achieve. A head freshman coaching position at a local high school. While some may see this as an ending this is only the beginning of a long and beautiful friendship between us. I will see you all very soon may all your dreams be granted. Keep it up Kaleb (Your Uncle b is very proud of you and he loves you win or lose) and all of team Miron continue your road to the next level, continue using wrestling as a vehicle to life's next stage. Carpe Diem Komahda Mnpoha.

Miron, Thank you for everything you have done for me, and taught me over the last 3 years. I recently just went out to AAU junior olympics, and went 14-1. In every match i used 2 or 3 of your moves, and helped me win and move on. I look forward to coming to camp this week, and training hard to get to the next level. Thanks, Joey

Miron, Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for all the hard work you have done for my sons Alex and Jordan Murphy. Before we started coming to you 2 years ago Jordan was a 1-2 wrestler (at state) and we were just hoping he could place on day. This year he was able to place 2and because of all the things you taught him. Alex was out for 2 1/2 months of the season due to an injury. He was still able to come within 1 match of placing due the techinque you taught him. In fact, Alex said the only reason he did not place was because he could not train with Coach during that time.

Miron, Just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for Taylor this last year. He just won his first state championship as a freshman in Wyoming, and we look forward to working with you in Taylor's strive for three more. I want to mention that Taylor had the number one ranked wrestler in the finals and was able to come back from being down 2-4 to win 10-4 by using the Lat throw that you taught him last fall in private sessions. You are a great coach and motivator. I know that Taylor cannot wait to get back into your room. It also should be noted that he was out for the 5 weeks prior to regional qualifying due to two broken bones in his hand. I know that his drive to stay in shape and come back and win this title has a lot to due with your encouragement. Keep up the great work with all the kids in your room. They can only get better under your tutelage.

Coach Miron, Even though I've only been with you a short time I can tell that you're a good coach but even a better person Without your help I couldn't of achieved my goal this year. Not only are your lessons valuable but the lessons you teach me about life are valuable as well. I look forward to working with you in the years to come and becoming a part of Team Miron. Allan

4 March 2009 Miron Kharchilava has been training my son Quinton Murphy since October 2005 during that time I have seen a dramatic improvement in Quinton's wrestling ability. After just three camps Quinton went on to win the Terminator Tournament and place 4th in the Jr. High division of the Super 32 that year. Quinton continued to improve after many hours working with Miron and taking his lumps from the many nationally ranked kids that attend Miron's camps. In 2006 in 6th grade Quinton won a Schoolboy NY State USAWrestling Title in both Freestyle and Greco at 85 pounds and was a team member of the New York Schoolboy Dual Team. In 2007, Quinton place 6th as a seventh grader in the New York High School State Tournament at 96 pounds. Quinton also won the Schoolboy New York USAWrestling State Title in Freestyle and in Greco for the second time and was again a member of the state Schoolboy Dual Team In 2008 Quinton became a New York High School State Champion at 103 pounds in eighth grade. Quinton placed 2nd in the USAWrestling State Tournament in freestyle and 3rd in Greco at 119 pounds. Quinton placed 2nd in freestyle at both the Northeastern and Central regionals and 3rd in Greco at both the Northeastern and Central regionals at 119 and 112 pounds. Quinton was a member of the New York Cadet Dual team and competed in Fargo for team New York at 112 pounds. Last week, as a freshman Quinton took 2nd place at the State Tournament at 119 pounds. Quinton is currently ranked 8th in the Nation for High school freshman in USAwrestling Magazine. Quinton is loyal to Miron because, not only does Miron's wrestling system more than prepare Quinton for the level of competition at the State and National level Miron goes above and beyond in Quinton's training. After Quinton lost a disappointing decision in the State final last Saturday, Miron called to personally give him a pep talk and motivate him for the up coming Freshman Nationals and to talk about training plans for Fargo this summer. Before I met Miron Kharchilava I had taken Quinton to train at many camps and clinics across the country I had never met a man who had the qualifications Miron has, and the willingness to develop a personal relationship with the wrestlers he trains. Miron Kharchilava genuinely cares about the kids he trains and is willing to give what ever it takes to help them reach their dreams. Anyone who knows him can attest to this. If Miron says that we will work for an hour, it usually means two. If Miron is at a tournament you are at he coaches the kids he trains and gives that match the same attention he did to his college wrestlers while at Ohio State. This is why I make the 6 hour trip to Columbus as often as I can. Miron thank you, for everything you have done for Quinton and me. I consider you a friend and I look forward to you coaching Quinton for many more years. Miron you are a good man this world would be a much better place with more men like you. Sincerely, Shawn Ellis Murphy Holley, NY

Dear Miron, On behalf of the Lee family, thank you for including us with Team Miron during this year's training. You are truly a one of kind coach and mentor. The dedication and individual attention you give to each of your wrestlers is simply unmatched. I know your team understands how fortunate they are to have you as their coach. While we are unable to join your club and attend your regular practices, I am amazed at how much each of my sons has improved under your instruction. Your training is always worth the 6-hour drive! If we lived anywhere close to your Dublin facility we would be at every practice! Miron, you are also very fortunate to have such dedicated, committed and friendly parents and wrestlers in your club. Each of them has always made us feel at home. They are warm, generous people that we are proud to have as friends. If they stay committed and keep doing your training, they will not only be state/national champions but college and olympic champions. I can't wait to watch each of them mature into the champions you are making them. Thank you again for your professional, dedicated coaching. Thank you for including us with your wonderful team. Most importantly, thank you for helping to turn my sons into great men of character. Chris Lee

With my brother Jordan coaching me throughout the entire weekend,I placed second at the 2009 USGWA high-school National championships (Bowen fieldhouse, E.M.U.). I lost the championship match, 2-1,in triple overtime. Thank-you Miron for working with my brother and me, and for being such a gracious host every time we travel from Hesperia, Michigan to train with you.

Going to your camps for the last 2 years has tremendously helped not only my wrestling, but my overall work ethic, confidence and intensity. Drilling your syatem has helped me finish as the Michigan State runner-up at 112. I want to say thank you for everything; working with me and holding camps with outstanding competition. It pushed me to level I could not have reached on my own. Your camps truly are the best and I look forward to working with you as soon as I can. 2nd place is great! Now let's start working on 1st for next year.

By the end of the first night of your camp, I realized that TEAM MIRON is not just a business. You don't train wrestlers because they pay you. You train wrestlers because you want to bring them all to the next level and because you truly love the sport. You put your heart into every practice because you want all of your wrestlers to be champions. This, and your intense work ethic, are what set you apart from other wrestling coaches. At your camp I was pushed beyond what I thought I could accomplish, and it showed me that, with the right mentality, I can accomplish anything. I plan on coming all the way back to Ohio from New York to work with you for three reasons: I want to be a champion; you want me to be a champion; and training with you is how I will become a champion. Thank you for providing this opportunity.

Miron is a down to earth person. He really cares about the students he teaches. Both my sons, and a few others from their school attended his camp at the end of July, and were impressed how he takes the time to show you a move and explains why it's done that way. They both want to return for more! Team Miron is the real deal, and I have no doubt the are better wrestlers for being there.
